All five of the candidates on the primary ballot for the Milwaukee County executive post will participate in the candidate forum scheduled for Friday at noon at Marquette University’s Eckstein Hall., 1215 W. Michigan St.
The forum will be presented by the Marquette Law School and the Milwaukee Press Club.
The candidates in the forum will be philanthropist Chris Abele, paralegal Ieshuh Griffin, acting Milwaukee County Executive Lee Holloway, State Rep. Jeff Stone and former State Sen. Jim Sullivan.
The candidates will be questioned by a panel of Milwaukee journalists, including: Steve Jagler of BizTimes Milwaukee, Steve Schultze of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Brad Hicks of WITI-Fox 6 and LaToya Dennis of WUWM.
The candidate forum will be rebroadcast by Time Warner Cable on Channel 411 Video on Demand and on Channels 10 & 36.
The candidates will square off in a Feb. 15 primary. The top two vote-getters will then advance to the April 5 general election.
