Waukesha-based ProHealth Care has announced it has hired Nora Sale to lead the ProHealth Care Foundation.
Sale joins the organization as executive vice president of the foundation. She comes to ProHealth Care from Froedtert Health, where she spent the past five years as vice president and executive director of the hospital foundation. She has also held philanthropic roles at Aurora Health Care, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee and the YMCA of Greater St. Louis.
“I am excited about Nora’s vision and proven track record, and am confident in her ability to further strengthen the ProHealth Care Foundation,” said John Robertstad, president of ProHealth’s Hospital Division.
Sale said she was excited about the opportunities that await, chief among them fundraising for ProHealth Care’s new cancer center in Pewaukee, which is expected to open in January, 2015.
The ProHealth Care Foundation provides financial support for Waukesha Memorial Hospital, Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, AngelsGrace Hospice, ProHealth Home Care & Hospice, ProHealth Care Medical Associates, the Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin and other ProHealth programs and services.
