The Milwaukee County Research Park, located between U.S. Highway 45, Wisconsin Avenue, Highway 100 and Watertown Plank Road in Wauwatosa, has an office space vacancy rate of only 1.6 percent, according to a recent report from Guy Mascari, director of development for the research park.
The Milwaukee County Research Park has 14 buildings with a total of 1,691,000 on 97.1 acres. There are 17.3 acres of land in the research park left to sell or lease.
The research park has 115 businesses with a total of 4,800 employees, the Mascari report says.

The total assessed value of all of the buildings in the Milwaukee County Research Park is $191.4 million, according to the report.
