Michael Passaglia has been named vice president-program manager for West Bend-based Westbury Bank’s wealth management division. He will be responsible for managing the department’s sales and production, administering compliance and providing financial advice and planning for wealth management clients. Passaglia has more than 25 years of experience in financial advising, and will lead the growth of the bank in Washington and Waukesha counties.
