Oregon, Wis.-based Gorman & Company recently purchased a 1.3-acre site at the former Pabst brewery complex in downtown Milwaukee for $1.425 million, according to state records.

The site was sold by Brewery Project LLC, which was formed by Zilber Ltd. founder Joseph Zilber to redevelopment the former brewery complex into a mixed-use neighborhood.

Gorman & Company plans to build a 100-unit, market rate apartment building on the site, located at the northeast corner of North 9th Street and West Juneau Avenue.
