NAI MLG adds two brokers downtown.
Brookfield-based NAI MLG Commercial recently added two new brokers, Kevin Schmoldt and Joe Powers, to its downtown Milwaukee office. Schmoldt is focusing on retail space brokerage. Powers, a former BizTimes Milwaukee intern, is focusing on office space brokerage.
Mortenson Construction recently hired Tony Coraggio as a project manager in its Brookfield office.
Racine-based Katt Construction recently hired Gary Sadler as a project manager/estimator. Sadler will be responsible for developing hard bids, which include self-perform work in concrete, masonry and carpentry, in addition to subcontractor quotes and budgets. He will also take the lead in project scheduling, planning and management; field oversight; and customer service. “Gary is an asset and we are very happy to welcome him into the Katt family,” said Herb Katt, Katt Construction founder and president. “His experience is impressive, not to mention extensive in the industry. He truly brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.” Sadler most recently worked as a Project Manager and Estimator for Racine-based BCI Group.
