What does your daily or weekly fitness regimen consist of?
Sadly, cleaning up the house each morning after the boys have trashed it from the day prior; laundry mission; and then run through the office doing a micro version of the same.
WANT: Kickboxing 2x/wk. Body PUmp 2x/wk and Yoga
What fitness clubs do you belong to, if any?
Non but looking at the WAC Northshore and Le Club — need to get our work out in close to office and home
Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
It’s made me in a better mood, I work more efficiently since I can think clearer. And it gets me watching more of what I’m eating, too.
How does personal fitness affect your work life?
More confidence, especially if you just made it thru a difficult class like spinning for the first time. Then addressing a client on the Metric Outcome Analysis of the lastest camapaign is a breeze — negative stress has positively been released.

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?
Cuts down on the griping, colds and flu, and helps gel us in a competitive positive way.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
Live by example, but don’t be afraid to ask associates some of these questions mentioned above to understand what they need to be successful — you’ll be more successful as a whole!
