What has fueled your company’s growth? It has been a combination of public awareness campaigns on the radio, increased PR and outstanding customer service.
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth? Timely reimbursement from insurance companies.
Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months? We will be building out more sleep rooms (8 to 10) for our increasing patient volume. We are one of 19 sleep centers across the US to be designated as an accredited training program for sleep technologists by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. We are pursuing a research project with a large local employer that will demonstrate a significant reduction in health care claims costs by implementing a sleep apnea detection and treatment program.
Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them? Ron and I admire Ruth Graczkowski from Outward Focus. We have worked with Ruth over the past three years. Her guidance positive nature and ability to deal with people has been instrumental in our current growth.
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? We will continue to grow due to the increasing public awareness and research of the dangers sleep disorders plays in our everyday lives.
