Scout & Molly,
an upscale women’s clothing, jewelry and accessory store based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, will open its first Wisconsin store at The Corners of Brookfield.
The addition of the out-of-state retailer is the latest tenant announcement to come from the developers of The Corners, a mixed-use development in the Town of Brookfield, which is expected to open in spring 2017.
The 400,000-square-foot project, which has been years in making, is located at Barker Road and I-94, and will include retail and restaurant space along with 244 apartments.

In August, The Corners announced
Free People, a bohemian women’s apparel store, Paper Source and Francesca’s had signed leases.
As previously announced, a Von Maur
department store will be the anchor tenant at The Corners and will occupy 140,000 square feet, Sendik’s
will open a 30,000-square-foot store and L.L. Bean’s first Wisconsin
store will occupy more than 15,000 square feet.
Other retailers that have been announced for The Corners include Anthropologie, Arhaus, Café Hollander, Evereve, lululemon athletica.
