Midland Video Productions, a Milwaukee-based marketing and business video production company, announced the sale of the company after 34 years of ownership by George Liberatore and Neil Jaehnert.
Joe Liberatore and Tom Kaupp will become co-owners of Midland Video, effective immediately.
Joe Liberatore will become president of MVP, assuming the executive leadership role of the company he joined in 1999. He has held multiple roles within the organization, including, producer, director and vice president of production and development. Joe has produced and directed dozens of award-winning video productions for companies including Badger Meter Inc., Hollister Inc., Fiserv Inc. and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company Inc.
Tom Kaupp is president of Image Makers Advertising, a Waukesha-based, full-service
advertising agency that he founded in 1983.
“We’ve worked with Tom and his team at Image Makers Advertising on a number of projects, and after much consideration, we believe this partnership is the best for both organizations’ continued growth,” said Joe Liberatore.
George Liberatore and Neil Jaehnert will transition out of the business over the coming months. Together, they started the company in June of 1980.
“Joe’s experience managing projects around the world these last 15 years will serve him well as he positions the company to handle the video communications needs of global businesses in the coming decades,” said George Liberatore.
The company’s headquarters will remain at 126 N. Jefferson St. in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward.
“Our commitment to high quality productions and creating an exceptional customer experience will be our cornerstone going forward,” said Joe Liberatore.
