HealthX Ventures Fund II L.P. filed notice of the launch with the SEC this week. It has not yet made its first sale of securities.
This is the second fund for HealthX Ventures, which in 2015 raised $30 million for HealthX Ventures Fund I L.P., according to an SEC filing.
HealthX’s portfolio includes Madison-based medical imaging software firm ImageMoverMD Inc., which
raised $4 million in February, and Madison-based health care data exchange startup Redox Inc., which
raised a $33 million series C round last month. Both companies work to integrate disparate health care data for ease of use.
HealthX managing director Mark Bakken could not be reached this morning to comment about the round.
