Milwaukee Bucks Vice President Alexander Lasry, has purchased a condominium in Walker’s Point for $1.06 million, according to state real estate records.

Lasry, purchased the third floor unit at The Waterfront building, 130 S. Water St., from Robert and Tina Gruenstern, of Scottsdale, Ariz.
The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath unit is assessed by the city at $781,600.
Since moving to Milwaukee to join the Bucks organization in 2014, Lasry, the son of Milwaukee Bucks’ co-owner Marc Lasry, has gotten involved in the new Bucks arena development project and other ancillary development projects in the city.
He is on the board of Milwaukee Film Festival and Big Brother Big Sisters of Milwaukee. He was appointed to the board of the Marcus Center for Performing Arts by County Executive Chris Abele. He is also an investor in Milwaukee Developer Juli Kauffman's Historic Walter Schmidt Tavern Development project in Milwaukee’s Lindsay Heights neighborhood.
Marc Lasry and Wesley Edens bought the Bucks from U.S. Sen. Herb Kohl for about $550 million in April 2014. Several additional owners joined the Bucks ownership group including a third primary owner, Jamie Dinan.
