“We have been working on putting systems and procedures in place to streamline the way work activities and the endless amount of paper that is required flow through our office and our field crews.”
What’s new at your company?
“We were just recently given the opportunity to work with the ‘House of Peace’ on their upcoming building addition and renovation project. This project will be a large step for us in continuing the growth of our company and we are very excited to be a part of their team.”
Do you plan to hire any additional staff or make any significant capital investments in your company in the next year?
“We are currently looking to hire a project manager/estimator with similar goals and visions as us that will be an asset to our company and is looking to expand and excel their personal and professional growth. We will continue to make investments in equipment and related technologies that can help us stay competitive in a very tight market.”
What will be your company’s main challenges in the
next year?
“The continued escalating material costs that have been an issue for our industry for the past several years. Another exciting challenge will be finding the type of people that fit our company vision and goals as we move forward.”

“The need for building owners and developers to complete a project in a shorter time frame with higher quality end results. This is always an exciting challenge that keeps us looking to new and creative ways of completing a project for our clients.”

From a business standpoint, who do you look up to?
“Over the past year, I have gained a new respect for the other individuals that have started up their own construction businesses. I can now appreciate the hard work and all of the behind-the-scenes items that need to be done on a daily basis.”

“He who would like to have something he never had, will have to do something well, that he hasn’t done yet.”
What do you like to do in your free time?
“Go hunting and fishing with my son, golfing and some trap shooting once in a while.”
