A California investor has snatched up a recently constructed building in Greenfield that is serving as the newest location for
Range USA – a chain of indoor-gun-range-meets-gun-shop with locations across the country.
The buyer, G5 Capital Corp. of Irvine, California, paid $3.93 million for the 10,550-square-foot building.
Located on a 1.55-acre parcel at 10557 W. Layton Ave., in a busy commercial area that sits across from a Walmart, the building was recently constructed by Cincinnati-based developer
ComptonAddy, a subsidiary of Brad Corp.
The Greenfield location of Range USA is the first in Wisconsin.
ComptonAddy had retained ownership of the brick-and-motor structure before selling it to G5 Capital Corp. this week.
