Steven Dykstra has been named vice president, business development and integration at American Transmission Co., Pewaukee.
Dykstra is a member of the original leadership team established at ATC’s inception in 2001, previously holding director roles in information technology, customer relations, supply chain, and finance and treasury.
“Steve’s breadth of experience across the organization positions him well to lead our development opportunities,” said Mike Rowe, ATC chairman, president and chief executive officer. “His strong background in collaboration, integration and strategy will help us achieve our mission to be America’s premier energy delivery partner.”
Prior to joining ATC, Dykstra held several positions at Madison Gas and Electric for 14 years.
Dykstra earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, completed the CIO MBA program at Boston University, and holds several certificates in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Dykstra has served on the Edison Electric Institute Executive Advisory Council for Reliability and Information Technology, as well as on the AT&T Customer Advisory Board.
