Milwaukee-based Wangard Partners, Inc., has added Shawn Becker as a tenant services coordinator. In this role, he supports the property management team by coordinating with vendors and Wangard building engineers to resolve the needs and issues of each tenant. Additionally, he maintains strong working relationships with tenants, vendors and managers and is familiar with the daily operations of Wangard’s portfolio of properties allowing for expedited services to our many tenants. Shawn graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a BBA in Finance and earned his real estate and international business certificates. He is affiliated with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and NEWaukee.
