Horizon Retail Construction Inc., Sturtevant, has hired Sara Benner as Project Coordinator. Benner’s main responsibility will be to assist her team in the pre-bid coordination of construction, including tasks such as soliciting subcontractors from various trades, following up with vendors and suppliers to secure accurate pricing, document and data base management and managing the bid list.
