Wauwatosa-based S.J. Janis Company, Inc. won two “Best Remodeling Project Awards” for projects $50,001 – $150,000 and $150,001 – $250,000. The winning projects include a Wauwatosa Georgian Colonial kitchen remodel that stayed true to the style of the home and was ideal for cooking. The kitchen now flows into the dinette for better circulation while the white cabinetry finishes and ebony stained hardwood floor add the final touchs. Also awarded was a Cedarburg second floor home addition with three dormers, a great room, office space, bathroom with barn door, kitchenette, and a balcony overlooking the woods.
