Milwaukee-based ManpowerGroup’s Right Management recently announced that Robert Kjar, Ph.D., has rejoined the organization as principal consultant, Talent Management, where he will support major corporate enterprises both globally and across North America with a focus on the Wisconsin-Illinois corridor. In his role, Kjar works closely with executives and successors to improve strategic alignment, navigate with new reporting structures, manage cross-cultural communication across regions and overcome talent management barriers.
Education: Kjar earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Benedictine University and a M.A. in Educational Studies from the University of Utah.
