Patrick M. Bergin has joined von Briesen & Roper, s.c. as a shareholder in the Milwaukee office. He chairs the firm’s Patent Law Section. Bergin is a registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He regularly assists clients with a broad range of intellectual property issues with an emphasis on domestic and international intellectual property procurement.
Bergin is a member of the American and Wisconsin Intellectual Property Lawyers Associations, the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Bar Association. He is a Board Member of Elmbrook Little League and President of the Elmbrook Swim Club. Bergin received a J.D. (2001) and B.S. (2003) from Marquette University and a B.A. (1998) from the University of Minnesota. He resides in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
