Kahler Slater, Milwaukee, has promoted Mike Franz, AIA, LEED AP, to the level of Associate Principal (AP).
He is an architect and project manager with more than 16 years of experience in health care planning and design. He understands complicated health care building systems and design processes. Recent project work includes an ambulatory care center and physician office building for Hospital Sisters Health System on their new St. Elizabeth’s Campus in Belleville, Illinois and a medical office building for the same system on their St. John’s campus in Springfield, Illinois. He also maintains a long-standing relationship with Froedtert Health, having completed several projects with them throughout his career. Mike graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Science degree in architecture and he also holds a Certificate in Urban Planning.
