Laughlin Constable

Laughlin Constable, Milwaukee, has hired Connor Dault as director of programmatic media strategy. Dault’s role is intended to strengthen LC’s internal trade desk platform by infusing data and strategy – while working with the creative team to drive greater integration in the programmatic space.

Dault spent several years at Rise Interactive on the Rise trading desk and programmatic team. He led all functions of programmatic media for brands such as Hefty, Atkins, RCN Cable, and Northshore Hospital. Dault also spent time on the global partnerships team where he led multi-channel strategies including the agency’s approach to the “emergence” of Amazon.

“Programmatic media is facing an abundance of challenges from ad blocking and invalid traffic to cookie blocking,” says Dault. “We can mitigate these challenges by providing a relevant, visceral ad experience for consumers on their devices. LC has the creative chops to design engaging ads and I’m looking forward to designing the programmatic strategies to introduce these creative concepts to the world.”
