Wangard Partners recently hired on Landon Wirth as Director of Mortgage Financing. Landon is responsible for directing and managing the debt financing process for the company. He maintains relationships with prospective construction and permanent lenders to source capital for all new acquisition and development opportunities as well as refinancing of existing portfolio investments. He analyzes Wangard’s property performance facilitating an understanding of the financial standing of each property and their impact on cash flow as well as hold versus sell decisions.
Education: Bachelors of Business Administration (Finance, Investment, Banking; and Real Estate and Urban Land Economics) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
