Spancrete, an industry leader in engineered precast and prestressed building solutions, has brought on Kelly Weis as director of preconstruction and construction at the company’s corporate headquarters, located in Waukesha, Wis. Weis has led more than 1,000 retail and construction projects throughout the U.S. in the last 13 years. His experience with the full building cycle and reputation for consistency in managing projects will be an asset in collaborating with multiple stakeholders during the preconstruction process. He is also responsible for managing estimating, bidding and coordinating project schedules and general construction installation requirements.
