The Dieringer Research Group, Brookfield, welcomes Jill Carnick, who has joined the company as an Account Director.
Carnick brings over 20 years of expertise as a researcher with a background in customer experience (CX), brand health tracking, journey mapping, loyalty, competitive benchmarking, and marketing communication effectiveness. She has established herself as a trusted consulting partner to clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare and financial services.
In her new role as an Account Director, Ms. Carnick will be responsible for fostering relationships with existing clients, coordinating with The DRG’s internal teams to design and implement research projects, and developing new business opportunities.
