Heather Pfalz

Waukesha State Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Heather Pfalz to vice president – bank manager.

“This promotion is well deserved and reflective of the commitment Heather has made to serving the Sussex community,” stated Devon Arnold, Waukesha State Bank vice president – retail banking manager.

Pfalz started her career with Waukesha State Bank in 1997 as a teller and has held various positions during her tenure. She was promoted to bank officer in 2003 and assistant vice president in 2010. She has managed the bank’s Meadowbrook Road and Oconomowoc offices before becoming the bank manager of the Sussex location in 2008. In her new role as vice president – bank manager, Pfalz will continue to be responsible for all aspects of daily Sussex office operations, including business development, personnel management, customer service, lending, relationship management and community service.

Pfalz is actively involved with her community currently serving as past president and current board member of the Sussex Area Chamber of Commerce, as treasurer with the Volunteer Organization of Women in Sussex, and as a member of the Village of Sussex Community Development Authority, the Hamilton School District’s Business Advisory Council and the Heart Song Threshold Singing leadership team.
