CBRE announced Devin Tessmer has joined the firm as an associate within its retail group based in the Milwaukee office.
Mr. Tessmer will be responsible for landlord and tenant representation of retail properties in Southeastern Wisconsin. Additionally, he will assist a variety of tenants with lease negotiations and site selection. Mr. Tessmer will also be part of new business development.

Mr. Tessmer joins CBRE after he previously worked as a commercial real estate broker at another Milwaukee-based firm, where he focused retail while also assisting in office and industrial transactions.
