SARA Investment Real Estate, Madison, has named Christina Podoll vice president of investor relations, a new position, as part of a realignment within the firm’s leadership. Podoll, who is based in the firm’s headquarters in Madison, previously was SARA’s Vice President of Operations.
In this new role, Podoll will be responsible for identifying, developing and retaining SARA’s select pool of investors, and will oversee a team devoted to maintaining those investor relationships.
“We are extremely pleased to name Christina to this vital role for our firm,” said Traci Dalsin, President of SARA Investment Real Estate. “Her experience in investor development, along with her understanding of the firm’s real estate portfolio, and deep knowledge of SARA’s overall operations will be critical as we continue to expand our firm and add to our investor base.”
Ben Adank, SARA’s Vice President of Business Development, will lead SARA’s brokerage and leasing efforts as well as oversee the development of commercial investment properties throughout the Midwest. Responsibility for the growth of the firm’s asset and property management departments has shifted to Peter Ginn, recently named SARA’s Vice President of Asset Management.
