Prairie Financial Group, a division of Waukesha State Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Brian Cayon to vice president – manager of investment services.
Cayon started his career with Prairie Financial Group in July of 2016 as manager of investment services. He has more than 20 years of investment experience, which includes asset allocation, portfolio construction, risk management, liquidity management, business development, strategic planning and client relationship management. In his new role as vice president – manager of investment services, He will continue to oversee the organization’s investment portfolio. This includes constructing, implementing, and monitoring portfolios as well as leading Prairie’s investment committee, providing daily oversight and guidance to Prairie’s portfolio managers, and partnering with Prairie’s outside advisor platform to meet the long-term financial needs of clients.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and has earned the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts and is active in the community coaching various youth sports programs.
