West Bend Mutual Insurance today announced it has been named to the list of “100 Best Workplaces for Women in 2016” by Fortune Magazine. As reported by Great Place To Work®, the winners make up an impressive list of companies that are serious about creating a great, comfortable workplace with transparency. West Bend earned this honor by distinguishing itself from its peers based on the company’s high representation of women in its total associate population, as well as by high associate ratings overall.
Based on feedback from an August 2016 associate survey, West Bend has also been Certified as a Great Place To Work® Company. The findings from that survey will be used to determine the 2017 Best Workplaces lists, also a Fortune Magazine list.
