Scott Syrjala, previously a Tax Manager, has been promoted to a Tax Principal at Brookfield-based Vrakas CPAs + Advisors. His primary focus is providing tax planning, compliance and research support for clients in the manufacturing, service, construction and retail industries. Prior to joining Vrakas in 2009, Syrjala worked as a staff accountant with a firm that specializes in providing CPA and advisory services to construction and manufacturing entities. Syrjala is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is a current resident of East Troy, WI.
