Rachel Ragan has been named Executive Director of the Adult Literacy Center of Ozaukee County in Grafton. Kandy Gibson, the current Executive Director, will be working closely with Ragan to continue the organization’s forward momentum and help improve the lives of Ozaukee County residents.
