May yer “Mine za” Thao, executive director of the Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce in Milwaukee has been named a director on the United Lutheran Program for the Aging (ULPA), the governing body of Luther Manor, a Life Plan Community for seniors in Wauwatosa, Grafton and Mequon. She will serve a three-year term.
