Berghammer Construction, Butler, is pleased to announce the addition of Kyle Pearson to its team as director of field operations. Pearson is a proven leader in the industry and has a diverse resume of project experience that spans many market segments. As director of field operations at Berghammer, he will have management responsibility for our field labor and management staff and also will oversee our shop operations. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Construction Science, Management. He comes to us with twelve years of experience, previously with Mortenson and Lend Lease.
