Kevin Ingalls serves as a project engineer for Brookfield-based Mortensen Construction. Ingalls previously worked as a field engineer with Mortenson’s Wind Energy group for three years. In 2012, Ingalls earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in civil engineering.
