VFW Department of Wisconsin is celebrating 100 years of service during its 2022 State Convention at Potawatomi Hotel and Casino in Milwaukee.

VFW Department of Wisconsin is celebrating 100 years of service during its 2022 State Convention at the Potawatomi Hotel and Casino in Milwaukee, June 7-11. The public is invited to attend and join us in some of the fun! Net proceeds of this spectacular event will go to support our Wisconsin VFW Foundation Veterans Support Fund. This fund supports Veterans and Veterans Families.

Register NOW to attend the 1920’s-themed Gala with program, 50/50 raffles, great raffle prizes, food and music from Ladies Must Swing – An 18 Piece Female Big Band from Madison, WI and Keynote Speaker, Travis Mills – Never Give Up. Never Quit.

Be sure to put together a 1920s style ensemble with Zoot Suit, Fedora and Oxford Shoes, Flapper dress, Cloche hat with T-bar shoes—“Best Dressed” awards and Dancing Competition prizes. A photo booth will be on-site. This public event promises all the fun you can fit into a few hours of excitement!

Retired United States Army Staff Sergeant Travis Mills of the 82nd Airborne is a recalibrated warrior, motivational speaker, actor, author and an advocate for veterans and amputees. Despite losing portions of both arms and legs from an IED while on active duty in Afghanistan, Travis continues to overcome life’s challenges, breaking physical barriers and defying odds.
