SVA Nonprofit Business Briefing: Race in the Workplace

Through an examination of the history of racism and colorism beginning 5,000 years ago, participants will learn about racial socialization, a process that provides meaning to racial identity in the broader societal context. They will also learn tangible ways in which organizations can address race-related conversations and address racism at the individual level.
