Presented by Froedtert Health, this milestone event will reflect on MWi’s 20 years of progress and set the stage for our continuing work in the future. “Power of 3” companies and companies with at least one woman on the board will be recognized for their commitment to gender diversity on boards.

Toni Townes-Whitley is a global technology leader who currently serves as an Independent Director/Trustee on eight Boards: Nasdaq, PNC Financial Services, Empowerment Inclusion Capital, United Way Worldwide, Johns Hopkins Medicine, Thurgood Marshall College Fund, Partnership for Public Service, and the Princeton Faith & Work Initiative.
Toni is the former President US Regulated Industries, Microsoft Corporation, with a track record for accelerating and sustaining profitable business and building high-performance teams. She helped launch new initiatives at Microsoft, partnering with the Athena Alliance, an organization that prepares women for corporate board roles. Learn more.
