Elizabeth C. Wamboldt joined von Briesen & Roper, s.c. as an Associate in the Milwaukee office. She is a member of the Business Practice Group and the Technology Law Section. Wamboldt focuses her practice on negotiating and drafting commercial contracts with a particular emphasis on software licensing and IT professional service agreement contracts as well as data security and privacy issues. Wamboldt gained significant experience in the health care industry working for GE Healthcare and API Healthcare in their contracting departments prior to joining von Briesen.
Wamboldt is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Bar Association. She received a J.D. (2009) and a B.A. (2006) from the University of Wisconsin. She resides in Muskego, Wisconsin.
