IndependenceFirst, Milwaukee, has promoted Deb Langham to the position of chief operating officer (COO). Langham served as the vice president of Independent Living Services at IndependenceFirst from 2014 until July 24, 2017, when she began in the COO position. Prior to serving as VP of Independent Living Services, Langham was the program director for Independent Living Services at IndependenceFirst for 16 years.
As the COO, Langham serves as a senior executive responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of IndependenceFirst’s Independent Living Services, Personal Assistance Services and Fund Development departments.
