Waukesha State Bank recently promoted Carla Bodway to assistant vice president – bank manager.
In her new position, Bodway will continue to be responsible for all aspects of daily operations, including business development, personnel management, customer service, lending, relationship management and community service in the Delafield office.
Carla Bodway joined Waukesha State Bank in 1999 as a teller. After briefly leaving in 2000, she returned in 2005 and took on increasing roles and responsibilities over the years including assistant teller supervisor, personal banker and customer service center manager before becoming the bank manager of the Delafield branch in 2010. Bodway earned her associate’s degree in supervisory management from Waukesha County Technical College and is active in the community currently serving as board president for the Delafield Area Chamber of Commerce.
