Davis & Kuelthau corporate and tax attorneys, Joseph Tierney IV and Mark Kmiecik, addressed the implications as well as the opportunities posed by the Tax Jobs and Cuts Act of 2017 as signed into law by President Trump on December 22, 2017. As the modifications to the business tax rules are permanent and fairly comprehensive, the presenters focused this session primarily on the related impact for small and midsized businesses.
