RFP Commercial, Inc. (RFP), Milwaukee, has announced that Andy Hess and Steve Pape have joined the commercial real estate firm as partners.
The two bring more than 35 years of experience working in the local commercial real estate market to RFP. Their addition reinforces RFP’s position as the largest local, independent commercial real estate brokerage in the region and positions the firm for ongoing growth in the southeast Wisconsin marketplace.

Hess has worked in commercial real estate for more than 18 years with experience in most major U.S. real estate markets. His background includes work in investment sales, leasing, acquisitions, asset and portfolio management, and all facets of distressed real estate and OREO. Prior to joining RFP, Hess was a founder and principal of Creekwood Real Estate and Resilire Real Estate Partners.
