CBRE Inc., Milwaukee, has promoted Andrew Stefanich to first vice president within CBRE Milwaukee’s Retail Service Team.
Stefanich has extensive experience in the sale of freestanding buildings, vacant land specific to both retail and residential developments and land assemblage projects. His expertise in retail properties in the Milwaukee area has afforded him opportunities to exclusively represent national and local owners and retailers.
He joined in 2001 and has demonstrated strong leadership skills in the commercial real estate industry. He has been actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as a member of both local and national realtor associations.
In addition to his professional involvement, Andrew has served as a board member for Beloit College Alumni Association and the Mary Ryan Boys & Girls Club Advisory Board, and coaches varsity boys soccer at Waukesha South High School. He has also volunteered for a number of local organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, the Hunger Task Force, The Gathering, Walnut Way and the Douglas F. McKey Christmas Club.
