AdvantaClean of Suburban Milwaukee, New Berlin, was awarded the American Legion Employer of Veterans Award to recognize its outstanding achievement in the employment of veterans. Owner Barry Hintz accepted the award.
“We are honored to receive this recognition because it sets an example for employers to hire veterans who have served their country and have a lot to give to local companies,” Hintz said.
AdvantaClean of Suburban Milwaukee was nominated for the award by the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development’s Office of Veteran Employment Services. Hintz, a veteran, works with this office frequently to hire veterans who have barriers to employment.
