Each course is then expertly paired and presented with wines by our featured vintner. Chef Malone grew up cooking and baking breads with her dad in St. Paul, MN. Recently Chef Malone has taken over Eastside Restaurant in Minneapolis, dedicated to serving large format food and cocktails.
