Waukesha State Bank, a full-service community bank with 14 locations in Waukesha County, is proud to announce the promotion of Erika Nowak to controller.
Erika has more than 20 years of experience in finance and banking and started her career with Waukesha State Bank in 2010 as controller. After leaving the bank briefly in 2015, she returned in 2016 as a finance and operations analyst where she was responsible for project cost analysis. With her promotion to controller, Erika will again be responsible for directing the staff and operations of the finance department, which includes analysis of the Bank’s financial information on a daily basis.
Erika is a certified public accountant and earned her master’s of business administration degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, and her bachelor’s of business administration in finance from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Erika and her family currently reside in Delafield.
