JP Cullen, Janesville, has promoted Scott Borroughs to operations manager – Industrial Division. Throughout his career with JP Cullen, Borroughs has been a key member and led some of our largest and most complex projects. His collaborative approach and leadership skills have led to his success as well as JP Cullen’s projects.
As Operations Manager, he will be a resource for the team with management, manpower, training, balance of workload, planning, marketing, and much more. His experience in estimating, project management, and project supervision has prepared him well to take on this new role.
