THRIVE!, Wauwatosa, has announced the addition of Rachel Bellotti – Brand Strategy Director, Jenn Fredericks – Lifestyle Director, Shane Reid and Drew Windler – Sports Directors to an organization committed to developing personalized strategies that elevate human impact in business, in sport and in life.

– Rachel Bellotti, Brand Strategy Director, joins THRIVE! with a passion for building authentic brands and teams with heart honed over her 12 years of professional experience in advertising, corporate, small business, and non-profit branding across the US and Canada.
– Jenn Fredericks, Lifestyle Director, comes to THRIVE! with 16 years professional experience in customer-facing experiential marketing while working at an award-winning global experiential marketing agency and an iconic American motorcycle manufacturer.
– Shane Reid, Sports Director, brings his expertise in Elite Mindset Training, three years of coaching experience as Head Men’s Volleyball Coach at MSOE and achieving multiple National Championships to THRIVE!’s Sports Division.
– Drew Windler, Sports Director, joins THRIVE! with an extensive playing career in Division 1 collegiate and professional overseas basketball as well as experience as a basketball skills development coach and trainer.
