PEARLS for Teen Girls, Inc. has appointed Tamara Key director of program services. In this position, Key oversees the strategic and day-to-day functioning of PEARLS programming staff in a manner that represents the mission, vision and goals of the organization.This role has operational responsibility for all program budgets and staff human resources. Key is formerly of the Boys & Girls Club.
